COOL WORKS LITE is support software for COOL MUSCLE. It’s designed for the easy use and to shorten development time of system with COOL MUSCLE.
COOL WORKS LITE includes all the necessary functions for COOL MUSCLE such as parameter settings, program creation, jogging and status monitoring.
The terminal window allow reading and writing of motor data, parameters and program banks.
The botton operation makes it easy to run the program and check the current status.
Motor Browser Window
Parameters and program list is displayed.
You can easily change the setting of motor parameters for each function.
The position, speed and torque of the motor can be draw on the graph.
It helps you adjust and monitor of settings.
Response Adjustment Window
You can adjust and simulate the responsiveness with the dedicated tool.
COOL WORKS LITE EB is a free utility software for EtherCAT COOL MUSCLE Bridge.
Connection & communication confirmation, operation, parameter settings and etc with COOL MUSCLE via EtherCAT are possible before using it with real EtherCAT master.
CiA402 CSP (Cyclic Synchronous Position mode) control is available in CSP window.
Select the Slave ID to be operated then set position and speed and run the CM’s.
CM’s homing operation by CiA402 HM (Homing Mode) is available.
Select the slave ID and CM to be operated, homing method, and set related data, then exectute homing.
The mailbox communication function of EtherCAT (CoE) can be used in the mailbox window.
You can read and write objects by specifying the Slave Id, Index and Subindex to be operated.
The object list of the slave is displayed.
It is possible to change the value by specifying the index and subindex of the object.
Motor Selection Tool is a utility software for selecting the most suitable COOL MUSCLE for each application. Inertia from your machinery, necessary torque and data of motor’s motion will be calculated, create a graph and select the most suitable COOL MUSCLE according to the selected speed reducer and application configuration.
Application type can be selected from 5 types.
Enter Application type, Structure and Motor Condition.
Inertia Ratio and Max.Torque Ratio will be calculated.
Conclusion of the selected motor will be displayed.
